| 2009 is our third year raising smolts which have totaled 150,000 fish into West Grand Traverse Bay. The 50,000 salmon raised in the pen nets this year have been released and are on their way to West GT Bay. The second year for the pen nets has been deemed a complete success. With virtually know dead fish in the net. Stay tuned to GTASFA.com for information regarding the pen net project. |
